№ 02 — The Brewing Ritual
Nine atmospheres press through finely milled Huila — twenty-five seconds of dark cocoa, candied orange peel, syrupy walnut finish.
A four-minute spiral across hand-folded paper. Translucent, articulate — bergamot, white peach, jasmine high notes from Yirgacheffe.
Eighteen hours of slow steeping at four degrees, nitrogen-infused on tap. Velvet pour, chocolate truffle, brown butter, vanilla bean.
